Quin goes back to Taylor's Whiskey quite a few times and about as close up as you can get in these times. Quin definitely injects his old style into his offspring and I am fortunate to have one of the last litters out of Quin. Quin, being a big boy ( a solid 22 inches ) was selected for our petite little Shady, who also has some older ( but different ) Aussie bloodlines behind her. His registered name came a few months later - after the passing of his grandmother. Rusty is the last grandson of Jamaica ~ ( CH. Prizm's Fun In The Sun ) whom crossed over the "rainbow bridge" just a few months after Rusty was born . Mama cow : " Don't mess with my baby." Rusty : " Don't mess with me, beefsteak ! " |
Although Rusty likes to work in the pasture when allowed, he is not an obsessive, prey-driven worker. He does what comes naturally and then quits when he feels satisfied that he got the cows gathered up & he did his job. This is just an extention of his "easy to live with" temperament that makes him a cool dog to have around. Rusty is a nice sensible dog and he passes on these nice traits to his offspring. His pups are proving to be the "perfect" dogs for their owners. Watch for our girl's page soon . . . . |
